Home Treatments For High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure (hypertension), often called a silent killer, is the pressure in the blood arteries. Blood pressure is usually recorded as the actual systolic pressure (as the heart beats) over the actual diastolic pressure (time between two beats). A frequent blood pressure reading of 140/90 mm Hg or higher is considered high blood pressure. Untreated, high blood pressure causes heart attacks, shots, kidney failure, problems in the brain and eyes. Let’s see some home treatments for high blood pressure. 


Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA)
Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) and Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA)
Fiber/Psyllium
Calcium
Garlic
Potassium
Magnesium
·        Natural powder 100 gm melon seeds and 100 gm poppy plant seeds (khus-khus). Mix and store inside a clean container. Consume 1 tsp with water morning and evening.
·        A clove associated with garlic is important for high body pressure. Chew one clove of garlic every morning and wash it straight down with water. The garlic may also be coarsely pound and swallowed with water.
·        Make a juice of 25-30 curry leaves with 1 goblet of water. Strain and drink every morning. You can also add lemon juice for a better taste.
·        Just as the above take coriander or fenugreek leaves is usually tried. They won't harm by any means and even helps to find out what is best fitted to their system.
