Treat High Blood Pressure With Natural Measures





Hypertension is a lifelong challenge in an individual life. It continues with our life and we need to adopt different measures to control it with time. 

High blood pressure treatment requires a different approach to be followed. It needs to bring changes in diet, weight, lifestyle and medications. In this health problem, the practitioner as well as the patient can work on the treatment plan of the individual as every individual responds every treatment in a different way.

Some basic things a person can do to reduce high blood pressure is:

·         Lose some weight if you are obese or weight. 

·         Leave smoking

·         Adopt a healthy diet which includes DASH diet

·         Reducing the amount of sodium intake will definitely bring results in the reduction of high blood pressure. 

·         Regular Exercising which includes aerobic exercise, brisk walking. This should be at least 30 minutes a day.

·         Limit your alcohol intake which is recommended as two drinks a day for a man and one drink a day for a woman.
