You must have heard a lot about the ill-effects
of high blood pressure by now. It must be clear to you that there is
neither a particular reason for this health disorder nor a special
medicine to treat it. There can be several remedies which can work
as natural
cures for high blood pressure.
Basically, the intensity of hypertension
depends on your lifestyle. If you are following a healthy lifestyle
you are less likely to suffer from this problem and if vice versa,
you are at high risk of developing it.
Today, I am suggesting you some high
blood pressure remedies at your
home. These can be prepared very easily in a small time.
- Powder melon seeds and poppy seeds in equal proportion and put them in a clean container. 1 tsp. in the morning and the evening will be beneficial.
- Chew one clove of garlic every day in the morning. You can also powder it and swallow with water.
- Juice of 25-30 curry leaves with 1 cup of water is a good idea as the first thing in the morning. Add lime juice to further taste.
- Powdered coriander or fenugreek leaves can also be taken.
- One tsp. of honey + one tsp. of ginger juice + one tsp. of cumin powder twice a day is good for hypertensive patients.
